The first step in any design, remodel, or even painting one wall is for you to meet with your designer, Pierre-Yves Lecoeur.

• Happy to meet you at the project site, Pierre will give you 1 hour of his time to listen, understand and visualize what you need done. 
• He will then offer ideas that will guide your project to a professional level. 
• Depending on the size of the project you will then discuss details, budget and come to agreements. 

Hourly consulting rates after the initial free 1 hour consultation is: $135 per hour.
Projects estimates are based on estimated fee of $135 per hour or on "cost plus" based on the material and labor cost of the project.
