Construction Work:
  • construction work may be performed by independent licenced contractors chosen and contracted by you, or proposed and contracted by us.
    We will assist you to obtain owner/builder construction permits when required.
    Materials may be purchased using our business accounts when possible. 

    No job too small.

Fees are based on the size of the project and the amount of work involved.
Most of the time you will be charged a flat fee based on the total cost of the project, with installments upon progression of work.
Smaller jobs are charged an hourly rate of $ 135 per hour for Design Services at the job site, at my office and for showroom visits.
